It is designed to flexibly collect and ingest data from on-premise email stores, hosted email stores, legacy email archives and personal archives (PST files).

How it works
CloudMerge consists of a series of different software connectors and professional services that enable easy migration of data from one format to another and from one location to another without any disruption for your end users. LiveOffice gives you the flexibility to manage the migration process based on your needs, either by using our self-service tools or working directly with our expert Migration Services team.
CloudMerge allows you to migrate email data from any of the following sources.
- Microsoft Exchange Server and Hosted Microsoft Exchange
- Legacy Email Archives
- Personal Archives
Whether in .PST or .NSF format, LiveOffice facilitates the collection of local mailbox copies, regardless of their location. Our Migration Services team walks you through the process of migrating your legacy data into your new archive. Once ingested into the archive, you can delete these files from your file servers to free up space, improve server performance and reduce the risk of data loss. Then you can manage all message data by your existing retention and disposition policies, and auditors can quickly search the archived messages to meet any legal discovery needs.
